Since last October, I’ve been a satisfied Wirex user, enjoying the convenience of exchanging foreign currencies with bitcoin and using my Wirex VISA debit card worldwide. Gradually building trust in the system, I entrusted over $15,000 to my Wirex debit card and even participated in their crowdfunding campaign. However, last month, my account was inexplicably blocked, leaving me unable to access my funds. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, including emails, I received no response. It appears I’ve lost a total of $15,000.
In 2017, my encounters with Wirex were unfavorable. There were frequent delays of over a week for the money I sent to reflect in my account. Rectifying the issue required numerous emails to their support team.
