Ledger Nano X is one of my favourite wallet i ever used to u can also consider Trezor Model T due there security features
Ledger offer Bluetooth connectivity, while Trezor does not (but can be used with a computer).

Its more expensive than some competitors ($199 MSRP) So I prefer You shop around for a better and cheap wallet with well secured.
