How would you know the wallet is lost and not just inactive for 10 years? The software sounds shady to me.
This is obviously a scam.
You have to be pretty gullible to fall for this. If you don’t have the keys to your lost Bitcoin, you’re out of luck.
There is software that can guess a missing word in a seed phrase by using placeholders. It’s easy to find on GitHub if you know what you’re looking for. You just need to fill in 11 of the 12 words or 23 of 24, and the program will generate all possible options. It’ll also tell you which wallet those phrases belong to.

It looks like that group is claiming to brute force wallets by trying different phrase combos, which would only work on certain types of wallets—if it works at all. It’s a scam, for sure.
