Should I invest in Cardano now at a dollar Is Cardano ADA going to hold at a dollar and rise

I am a new investor here For those of us jumping in during this bull cycle, is there still profit to be made Or is there a high risk of loss if Cardano doesn’t stay at a dollar

Thanks in advance I welcome recommendations

I usually just check out the latest photo of Charles zoom in on his beard hairs and try to see if they spell out any words

I actually managed to get mine It’s pretty clear actually exactly $28.31 on April 1 2025

I can’t give advice but I’ll share my experience I invested 5k into ADA in the last bull market (average buy price 1.56) It crashed but I held on I’m planning to keep holding because I believe in the coin and its founders’ goals regarding integration I am a long-term holder and look forward to selling for a profit

However, crypto is a very speculative market Currently, many are just trying to profit off the next investor Warren Buffet changed how I view crypto with one question

“If you owned 100% of a cryptocurrency who would buy it”

Is the coin you own a productive asset or just speculation

@Talon
That applies to dollars too don’t forget If you own 100% of money in the world that is worthless for everyone else

Not necessarily because the U.S. dollar is backed by the full trust and credit of the United States Money does not have intrinsic value its use creates its value One key selling point of cryptocurrency is decentralization So I don’t think we can compare it to the U.S. dollar

With that in mind, if there is agreement among all major world nations to use cryptocurrency for transactions, we’re in for an interesting war of the coins

@Talon
You nailed it The USD is backed by the full trust and credit of the United States That is what fuels crypto

Yeah we haven’t been on the Gold standard since 1913 That’s why the Federal Reserve can print money at will

If by under lock and key you really mean written on sticky notes all over Janet Yellens office that’s more accurate

@Talon
I turned $700 into $569

I doubt I will cash out I don’t need the money I invested I try to avoid emotions with investments Also, Charles Hoskinson is smart, and I think ADA has a bright future Hoskinson is using his coin to build infrastructure in Africa which is a largely untapped market It makes solid business sense
