Hello nice people, Is Bitpay.com legit?
I hardly know anything about crypto or anything similar, so I figured it would be a good idea to ask here.
Going by my own experience, I’ll advise you to stay away from it.
I put €50 into Bitcoin, but I only got back €33.
I can’t spend it because it is not even enough to cover the fees for a €1 payment.
I wanted to send €1 to my friend’s wallet, but the BitPay app said there wasn’t enough money to do it. It’s like they took everything.
When I contacted customer service, they said it was not their problem. Am glad I only tested it with a small amount. Otherwise, I could have ended in some serious financial troubles
Watch out, they’re crooks.
