I might get downvoted for this, but just sell it and buy the ETF if you’re that worried. You got lucky this time, but maybe not next time. I did this with 95% of my holdings because I was tired of worrying about it. In case something happens, I want my wife to be able to figure it out even with instructions I leave behind. But that’s just me.

How about getting a ledger and storing it there?
Maybe use some of your crypto to buy a fire safe.
If you hadn’t shared this, you could have claimed it was lost and pointed to your old post as proof. Then say someone anonymous spent your coins after finding your seed phrase. You could mix it and boom, non-KYC stack. Just a thought, not legal or financial advice.
