If you had 2k a month to invest in crypto would Bitcoin be the only choice

In the next 10 years, I think Bitcoin will likely do better than the rest. There might be one or two others that do well, but no one really knows for sure.

There are likely hundreds or even thousands of altcoins that will perform better than Bitcoin over the next market cycles. While Bitcoin may go up 10 times from where it is now, its huge market cap makes it hard for it to achieve the same growth seen in smaller coins. On the other hand, most altcoins outside the top 10 or 20 have lower market caps, which makes their growth potential much higher when the market grows, especially considering the utility and fundamentals.

@Taron
Yeah, many newbies have said similar things before you. Out of 100, only one managed to reach the top and now drives a Lamborghini. And guess what fuels that Lamborghini? The tears of the 99 other crypto newbies who lost everything and never returned or just learned to stick with Bitcoin.

I think ICP is one to watch. Its tech is way ahead of what’s out there in crypto right now. Do your own research.

@Reuben2
I’m not looking into companies. Why are you recommending this to me? Glad you found your interests.

Companies doing things? What do you mean?

Litecoin is the only alt I hold. It’s the closest coin to Bitcoin.

I would go with Bitcoin only. If you’re thinking of risking some of your cash, maybe do something like 90 percent in Bitcoin and 10 percent in risky altcoins.

The point of altcoins in the altcoin space is to offer alternatives to Bitcoin. If you’re planning on buying something similar, just stick to the original.

Yep, you should check out other projects too. But if it’s for your retirement, it’s smart to keep most of it in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin and Ethereum. Remember these are long-term investments.

Solana seems a better choice right now.

Ethereum is becoming a risky choice, and not in a good way.

It’s too early to judge.

90 percent Bitcoin, 10 percent for speculative trades. Keep the Bitcoin in cold storage and don’t touch it. For the 10 percent, trade during the halving cycles.

I wouldn’t just stick to Bitcoin. I would recommend diversifying.

I’d go with Bitcoin and Cardano.

Bitcoin and Ethereum.

XLM would have been a great choice if you invested at 0.05.

No, I would invest only in altcoins.

It really depends on your mindset and risk tolerance. Bitcoin is the safest bet, while altcoins are more risky but can be more profitable.
